「國寶茶、博士茶（學名：Aspalathus linearis）」依據「海關進口稅則」解釋準則1及6規定，依其特性歸列稅則號別第1211.90.91號，自113年11月1日生效
MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for stipulating that rooibos tea (Aspalathus linearis) shall be classified under Tariff No. 1211.90.91 according to General Rules for Interpretation 1 and 6 of "Customs Import Tariff" on the basis of their properties (stipulation shall become effective from 1st, November 2024)
