MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for stipulating that the Executive Yuan, the Legislative Yuan, the Judicial Yuan, the Examination Yuan and the Control Yuan may be the authorities in charge specified in Paragraph 2 of Article 5 of "Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects" when managing their infrastructure projects and the aforesaid Act applies to them
